Tell reservations the event date, venue address, scheduled start and when you want to arrive. Add time for ticket checks, walking from the permitted drop-off location and any pregame plans. Traffic and venue access restrictions can change; a reservation does not include an arrival-time guarantee or special entry privileges.

Make coastal Orange County pickups straightforward

A shared meeting place can simplify a group departure from Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Laguna Beach or Laguna Niguel. For hotel pickups, identify the approved vehicle entrance. For gated communities, arrange visitor access and provide a contact number. Include all additional passenger stops when requesting the quote.

Agree on a postgame meeting plan

Overtime, crowds and road closures can affect departure. Ask whether your booking is a scheduled return transfer or hourly service, and confirm how a delayed finish is handled. Keep one group coordinator reachable and use the meeting instructions supplied for the reservation. A chauffeur may need to meet outside a restricted venue zone; curbside pickup at the nearest gate is not guaranteed.

Account for equipment and the complete cost
