Start with the ceremony check-in time

The graduate may need to arrive before guests are admitted. Give reservations both times, the ceremony address and the school’s current vehicle-access instructions. Allow separately for passenger loading, the drive and the walk from the permitted drop-off area. A venue name alone is not enough when a campus has several entrances.

Coordinate family pickups without missing the ceremony

Choose one meeting address when practical. If relatives need separate pickups in Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Coast, Laguna Beach or Laguna Niguel, list each address in the requested order. Include a reachable adult contact and tell us whether any travelers need extra boarding time. Vehicle accessibility and special accommodations must be confirmed before booking.

Plan the celebration and return journey

Ceremony finish times can shift, and photographs may take longer than expected. Decide whether you need separate outward and return transfers or an hourly reservation with waiting time. Include restaurant reservations and photo stops in the original itinerary; an additional stop or extended wait may change the quote. Agree on a legal, recognizable return meeting point rather than assuming pickup at the ceremony exit.

Select a vehicle around people and belongings

Count every passenger, including children, and disclose strollers, mobility equipment and bags. Request child-seat arrangements in advance and confirm availability. Visiting family members arriving at SNA or LAX should have a separate airport transfer plan with flight details and luggage totals.

Can you collect guests from several homes?

Multiple pickups may be requested. Provide every address and the ceremony arrival deadline so the route, timing and price can be confirmed.

Is waiting during the ceremony included?

Do not assume it is included. Ask for the quoted service duration and whether waiting, parking and any overtime are included or additional.
