Build an itinerary that leaves room to enjoy each stop

List the pickup address, every destination, the time needed at each stop and your required return time. A coastal itinerary involving Newport Beach, Newport Coast and Laguna Beach needs a different schedule from a single destination in Costa Mesa or Huntington Beach. Include meal reservations and time for everyone to board. Avoid relying on a fixed driving-time estimate when confirming a full-day plan.

Choose transfer service or hourly transportation

A point-to-point trip fits an agreed pickup and destination. For several stops or a vehicle requested to remain available, ask about hourly service and the quoted duration. Confirm minimum booking time, waiting arrangements and extension charges with reservations. Changes made during the outing may affect availability and price.

Match passenger capacity and luggage together
